As an Infrastructure Analyst at Sphera you will be working to ensure our global teams and business is sufficiently supported across our internal technologies and systems. Executing on an IT strategy focused on cost-effective, secure innovation, you will be collaboratively designing and implementing solutions with a diverse team of stakeholders and providers. From networking to virtualization to identify and access management, you will be providing expertise across a wide array of IT disciplines.
At least 3-5 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience
Expert level knowledge of Office 365 and Active Directory
Network engineering experience preferably with Cisco systems
Virtual and physical server experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Effective project leadership skills
Ability to communicate effectively with multiple disciplines
Certifications like CompTIA A+, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, MCSA, Azure
Experience with managed service providers
Cloud-based networking and architecture
Scripting and automation
Monitoring (New Relic, LogicMonitor, Rapid7, etc)
Security Best Practices (OWASP Top Ten, CIS Top 20)
