Position Description:

CGI is looking for an Automation Architect who can join our emerging technology group in the digital insight practice. The Automation Architect will be responsible for designing & developing process automation to include and not limited to automating repeated tasks performed by a human, data ingestion and data transformation framework for modern automation solutions. The Architect will also manage Automation aaS platforms.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As an Automation Engineer, you will provide solutions to read and understand large structured and unstructured data sets and analysis of advanced algorithms including artificial intelligence concepts. You will be responsible for adapting and modifying machine-learning algorithms to address user requirements and case studies, establishing new proof of concepts for our clients. The candidate will use these machine-learning algorithms and other solutions as part of the overall automation solutions to our clients.

The architect will help in customer presentation and proposal writing as well.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 3+ Experience with Automation tools such as UiPath, BluePrism, Kofax, Pega etc

• Fluent with scripting in Python

• Desired Experience in managing applications in Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure or GCP

• Desired Experience: Natural Language Processing (NLP), Optical Character Recognition (OCR),

• Comfort with rapid prototyping and disciplined software development processes

• Practical software engineering experience in collaborative project settings
