IT Application & Integration Operations Manager /My PG Services
In this role, you will be interacting with the US Benefits, Pension Administration, HR Disability, US Medical Systems, and the US Retirement Plans HR teams in P&G. Externally, you will have high level of interactions with vendors involved in our US Benefits programs. You are expected to support the integrations in this space including acquire very good understanding of the SAP-HR data model and other integrations that may impact the state of the data behind your integrations.
As part of your Service Operations role, you will be involved with all technical requests to support our vendor programs. You will be working with the Federation SSO, Network, Messaging & Collaboration teams to support vendor platform migrations and technical upgrades.

As an IT Application & Integration Operations Manager /My PG Services, your key responsibilities will include:
Lead the end-to-end technical ownership and development of the US Benefits and US retirement Plans integrations with our external vendor platforms.
Be responsible for managing the design and delivery of new integrations following the application lifecycle Management framework according to the mapping specifications provided by the vendor teams. You will have high level of interactions with the Enterprise Architecture (EAI) team to automate the distribution of the data.
The successful candidate must have exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgment, and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams. We are looking for a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new, ambiguous products that will be industry defining.
A BS or MS/MBA in Computer Science, Business/Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/ Engineering.
Interest on improving/learning new business and technical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience in team collaboration.
