IT - Business Analyst

job summary:

Looking for a good business system analyst with the following skillset.

Knowledge of:

• Xml language- value data

• Text data files

• Insurance industry experience (WC, Auto/General Liability)

• Testing/QA

• Production Support/Problem solving

• Excellent verbal/written communication

Should be able to work under limited supervision, develops, executes and maintains processes to ensure operational effectiveness and continual improvement.

Analyzes complex technical and business problems using detailed knowledge of industry, business operations, business products and business process.

Responsibility for a variety of activities including coordination and communication with vendor and stakeholders, reporting, tool administration, systems access, financial processes, regulatory, compliance and attestation activities, monthly releases. Related extensive business operations and/or systems knowledge. Extensive understanding of IT concepts and processes. Requires advanced communication, negotiation, collaboration, and analytical skills."
