Museum of Science IT Help Desk Technician in Boston, Massachusetts
Provide hands-on user support for day-to-day administration, maintenance, hardware, and software support of internal staff machines and services. Exhibit superior customer service, utilize problem-solving skills, demonstrate appropriate judgment and flexibility, and properly track issues to ensure that Museum staff members are able to effectively use IT resources. RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to 20+ work orders per week Manage and support 800+ devices and 300+ employees and volunteers throughout the Museum WORK SCHEDULE: This position is full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Schedule may require slightly shifted hours during summer and school vacation periods and may require working on some weekends and holidays.
