IBM IT Management Consultant - Tivoli Netcool in Boston, Massachusetts

Technology (IT) and consulting company, is looking for talented, ambitious IT Management Consultants who can help
clients maximize the value of their IBM Netcool Suite of products and align their information technology with business requirements - and success.
As an IT Management Consultant, you'll be world class Subject Matter expert in the Netcool suite through the lifecycle, providing architectural, implementation and health check services.
In addition to specific Netcool consulting you'll advise client IT and business executives, responsible for managing and delivering IT related services, to define business drivers and associated IT
capabilities with the services required. You'll also develop the necessary IT capabilities, and implement the IT business management systems required to maintain IT value and service delivery. As an IT Management Consulting Practitioner, you'll assess organizations'current IT environment relative to the demands of a challenging and competitive marketplace. You'll utilize your broad understanding of the constantly changing technology environment, and the major forces that continue to drive monumental change in the area of technology.
You'll help your clients understand that technology can affect the way they think,and see the world. Finally, you'll combine your depth of technical skills with your breadth of understanding of the different elements of technology, process - and their interdependencies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 4 years experience in and expert knowledge in architecture, implementation and problem resolution of the IBM Netcool Suite of Products
At least 2 years experience in Service Management (design/deploy)
At least 2 years experience in and knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
At least 2 years experience in Workflow design and implementation
At least 2 years experience in Asset Management Expertise
At least 2 years experience in Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)/Active Directory
At least 4 years experience in communication skills (written and oral)
At least 2 years experience in Integration with enterprise applications
At least 2 years experience in and familiarity with other Middleware products (Monitoring/Reporting/Tivoli Integrated Portal (TIP)/ICD)
