U.S. Bank IT Product Manager – Data Warehousing in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking a skilled Product Manager with exceptional IT project management process and methodologies experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for independently and objectively directing and managing the overall work efforts of a program or Agile team to ensure proper controls are in place and processes are followed

  • Builds bridges and relationships with key project stakeholders while serving as a liaison and promotes collaborative relationships across Agile team members

  • Addresses issues via direct one-on-one dialog with project resources and develops relationships with leadership of key project resources

  • Manages releases from initial concept through post implementation per Agile methodology and via approved project tools such as Team Foundation Services (TFS)

  • Provides oversight to meet established function, quality, cost; helps determines knowledge and skill sets required to ensure successful project outcome

  • Authors effective, clear, concise, and relevant communication for program/project stakeholders

  • Works with resource managers to obtain resources and ensures project governance is established and observed

  • Presents the appropriate message to audiences up to and including two downs from Senior Vice Chair

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Three to five years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Well versed in Agile Scrum methodology, tools and techniques used for planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling IT projects

  • Understanding of System development life cycle and Document Management

  • Preferred experience in IT Project Management, Project Control and Reporting

  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams

  • Experience with internal customers and developers

  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer navigation skills with strong MS Office Suite

  • Standard industry certifications

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $95,540.00 - $112,400.00 - $123,640.00
