TIAA Lead UX Designer - Content Strategy in Boston, Massachusetts

Lead UX Designer

Designs and implements effective AI solution architecture utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs, while complying with company's strategies and business goals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborating internally and with clients to understand and assess customer business requirements; defining the architectural framework of AI solutions to meet business needs.

  • Leading team to build and deploy highly scalable and secure AI platforms, applications, and systems that run in various cloud infrastructures and AI devices successfully.

  • Developing architecture specification and reviewing technical and configuration documentation for all users (customers, engineering teams, product teams); resolving AI solution deployment issues.

  • Establishing trusted advisory stakeholder relationships, and acting as SME for AI related products and services in specific verticals; staying current on the latest AI technologies and tools.

This role provides both content strategy and editorial services to support a range of digital design work (for both desktop and mobile). We’re looking for individuals who have experience writing about complicated financial topics and transactions in a human, easy-to-understand way.

Responsibilities:

  • Write new and edit existing copy for digital and mobile user experiences

  • Understand best practices across different media

  • Create consistent, on-brand messaging for various TIAA audiences (e.g., customers, client organizations and industry consultants)

  • Create documentation to help communicate the experience to the project team, UX team, legal and development teams

  • Create documentation to help communicate the accessibility requirements and recommendations to the project team, UX team, legal and development teams

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience writing digital content

  • Experience providing web content strategy, site audits, and analysis

  • Experience developing and delivering content strategy approaches

  • Experience working with legal and compliance for content approval

  • Experience writing within a UX team or digital agency

  • Financial industry and/or fintech experience

Preferred :

  • Experience writing for transactional experiences.

  • Comfort with agile is a plus.

Potential Salary: $115,000.00 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
