KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Audit (https://audit.kpmg.us/) practice.
Work collaboratively with the Executive Director, Audit Continuous Improvement and Audit Leaders to effectively deploy strategic priorities and a quality management system across business operations
Facilitate workshops with audit engagement teams to support process improvement and standardization across the audit planning process, engagement execution, measurement of KPI's and to meet key milestones and objectives
Work collaboratively with the Audit Continuous Improvement team to consult and coach various business support teams on process improvement, project planning and project management
Develop, prepare and present relevant training materials and other deliverables for continuous improvement workshops
Minimum five years of recent business operations and transformation experience with large complex portfolios; experience with financial statements, controls and external Audit engagement experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
Extensive experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating and managing staff, towards the successful completion of a project
Experience in quality management systems and conducting multidisciplinary Kaizen or similar continuous improvement/process improvement workshops; certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or related field highly desired
Experience managing multiple high-priority projects and initiatives simultaneously
Ability to manage performance of direct reports against stated objectives; develop direct reports based on his/her professional development goals and mentor staff
Position is 100% remote work
