Manager, Business Technology LeadershipJob plays an important role in creating and implementing solutions to protect Humana's workforce, customers and business partners from internal and external security threats. This role will formalize the role of IAM, and working closely with the IAM Architecture team, it will lead a diverse agile team to engage with IAM business and technology stakeholders. This is a leadership and hands-on role, focused primarily on internal authentication (B2E) for Humana's workforce powered by Azure AD. It requires a visionary looking for opportunities and innovative solutions in the Workforce IAM space.
The Manager, Business Technology Leadership acts as a liaison and collaborates with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.
Has prior experience designing, developing and validating WIAM interfaces to applications and can lead a team to do the same, particularly on the Azure AD platform
Capable of providing thought leadership internally and externally on workforce IAM
Ability to drive adoption of agreed upon WIAM Solution Architectures and WIAM guiding principles by dev teams, and is responsible for driving the evolution of WIAM, focusing on process, design and user experience requirements of WIAM
6 or more years of technical
Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
Possess 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
