Ready to act Right Now, for Tomorrow? * *Job Description * The Manager, CRM Applications will report to the Sr Manager, Enterprise Applications and own the vision, strategy, governance, and delivery of the SalesForce application and all supporting applications that make up the CRM portfolio. The right candidate will have extensive experience with SalesForce in multiple industries and be able to lead a team to execute the CRM Strategy of ENGIE Impact. *Function * * Provide management for the implementation and support for the overall CRM platform (SalesForce.com plus other related software) * Lead a global Governance of the CRM platform ensuring stakeholder awareness and alignment for investments. * Manage a global team of SalesForce & related applications IT Business Systems Analysts * Provide support and direction to your team members ensuring department objectives and goals are continuously met. * Take a leadership role in driving effective collaboration and influencing project stakeholders and team members. * Interpret complex business requirements and translate them into well-designed IT solutions. Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement. Influence strategic direction. * Effectively manage and deliver multiple, concurrent projects of varying complexity. Deliver high-quality business solutions on time and on budget. * Manage external technical support providers and implementation partners * Lead ongoing support, maintenance, updates, solution quality and continuous improvement of the CRM platform * Ensure the adherence to all Internal/External audit and controls * Do you tick all the boxes?
