KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Cyber Security - ServiceNow GRC in our Technology Enablement for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms and services, including Policy and Compliance, Risk, Audit, Enterprise, Vendor Risk, Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response and Security Operations

  • Oversee one or more eGRC/ITGRC platforms, such as ServiceNow, RSA Archer, MetricStream, or BWise

  • Specialize in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or ServiceNow SecOps product suite and support creation of collateral, point of view, and thought leadership across the product suite and functional capabilities

  • Lead ServiceNow engagements, delivering process design, technical design, defining agile stories, working with offshore development team to get configuration completed

  • Coordinate with clients to facilitate requirements gathering, sprint show-me, testing, UAT and deployment, as well as administer the ServiceNow platform and possess an understanding of the new configuration features and back-end processes

  • Support the practice in growing solution area by supporting in solution design and innovation around the ServiceNow platform

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of Information Security and ServiceNow experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience

  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is required

  • Solid competencies in ServiceNow platform, GRC/SECOPS, ITSM, ITOM, SecOps related systems (e.g. web application firewalls) and Agile Development, as well as prior experience and understanding of GRC/SecOps principles; ServiceNow CIS certification in GRC or SecOps is preferred

  • Ability to travel and/or work on-site at client premises as needed, at times with relatively short notice

  • Excellent verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical, and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; work in a fast paced, results driven environment, grasp new technology, and contribute at a rapid pace

San Francisco / Los Angeles / Seattle Salary Range: Low: $110300 - High: $233300
