KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Deskside Services to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.
Provide direction to Digital Desk staff in the troubleshooting, configuration, distribution and implementation of PC and MAC laptops/desktops
Facilitate senior level troubleshooting and service and for any dispatched troubleshooting tickets
Work with peers within other functional groups or areas to ensure consistency and 'best practices' are executed; collaborate with peers of other groups in IT to ensure delivery of most effective support and services
Act as a leader on projects and operational activities to ensure processes are documented, implemented and monitored
Partner with other technology groups to define business problems and/or opportunities and identify alternatives to apply information systems and technology solutions
Ensure service delivery adherence to established service level agreements, through proactive monitoring and ongoing trend analysis
Minimum five years of experience as a primary technical lead on medium to large size projects
Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university; Or equivalent work experience
Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS (or similar ETL tool)
Experience with data warehousing technologies, data modelling and information architecture
Able to analyze, design, build, test and document complex data integration solutions
Understanding of resource management/utilization; capable of multi-tasking with specific focus on coordination
