Responsible for leading Identity & Access Management (IAM) product/solution delivery processes and product management strategy for all IAM products company-wide. This includes processes for product development, enhancement, marketing/communications, execution, product performance analysis, monitoring the development of IAM strategic plans, managing product lifecycles, and management of established products to attain IAM strategic objectives in support of Wells Fargo business objectives. Directly accountable for product adoption, while ensuring adherence to compliance/privacy regulations and polices.
Responsibilities include leading efforts to obtain and analyze information and market research related to development and testing of IAM services/products; prioritizing enhancements, end-to-end technical/systems and customer requirements, and performance measurement techniques; partnering, negotiating and consulting with business group/regional management to obtain input and buy-in; integrating efforts of IAM product management, other organization units and vendors in development, implementation and maintenance of systems requirements, training and ongoing product/service management. May manage IAM resources and services directly or virtually. Work is accomplished through managers and/or senior product managers.
The IAM Product Management Manager will also share responsibility with overall IAM Leadership for Solution Delivery LifeCycle (SDLC) process transformation/improvement, including Agile and DevOps adoption/implementation in order to accelerate value delivery for Wells Fargo in the Identity & Access Management domain.

5+ years of technology experience
3+ years of experience with strategic planning in a technology environment
2+ years of experience with leadership in an enterprise technology environment
3+ years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience
4+ years of product management experience
3+ years of Agile experience
2+ years of experience in Automation and Continuous Integration-Continuous Development (CI-CD) of Full Circle applications
Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
Other Desired Qualifications
Subject Matter Expert (SME) level knowledge and/or leadership experience for two or more Identity & Access Management capabilities (Provisioning, Identity Data Management, Access Review/Certification, Access Request/Approval, Authentication, Multi-factor Authentication, Federation, Authorization, IAM Analytics)
Existing experience with IAM controls/capabilities within Financial Services industry
Proven (with metrics/KPIs) experience with accelerating IT solution delivery (SDLC) processes in a 'matrix' management (not having end to end management responsibility) environment.
5+ years of Agile product delivery experience including at least 3 years Agile experience in a leadership role
3+ years of DevOps product delivery experience including knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery methodologies
Expert level knowledge/capability in business requirements analysis
