Meta Manager, Premier Partner Operations in Boston, Massachusetts
Premier Partner Operations develops solutions for high-profile partners, creators, and civic actors by designing and implementing scaled systems to address issues impacting their experiences across the suite of Meta products. Within Premier Partner Operations, Premier Partner Protection protects and ensures safe connections for our constituents. We do so by understanding the landscape, identifying and analyzing problems and trends, and developing and executing strategic solutions. We partner closely with many cross-functional teams across operations, policy, civic, integrity, data, legal, product, partnerships, and engineering.We are seeking an experienced operations manager who is data-driven, solutions-orientated, and a consistent self-starter who proactively identifies risks and opportunities to improve and drive efficiencies in the team, while directly supporting the growth, development, and impact of the people in the team. We are seeking an intellectually curious and creative individual who is comfortable operating in ambiguity — a strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. You have a passion for developing others and bring out the best in your team. You are an influencer, who will work directly with our cross-functional partners as well as all teams within Premier Partner Operations, to scale global projects from inception to launch.
Manager, Premier Partner Operations Responsibilities:
Lead and enable a high-performing team to deliver on goals by providing superb 1:1 and team-wide support, including leadership guidance, mentorship, and career development.
Be able to effectively zoom in and out to address near term business needs as well as setting a long-term strategy for protection operations.
Drive team strategy, goal setting, roadmapping, communication, and performance of team members, using data-guided strategies and defined KPIs to measure success and drive improvements.
Identify, monitor, and analyze integrity and operational health metrics, partnering with Data Analytics & Reporting teams to understand metric movements and anomalies.
Partner with internal groups to understand constituent issues, risks associated with products and services, and address feedback from partners to develop and implement sensitive operational strategies.
Manage complex initiatives to evolve and grow the maturity of our protection operations and strategies across the platform, identifying trends to optimize and introduce workflows to improve constituent experiences and support.
6+ years of experience working in large-scale, global operations — domains such as online operations, compliance, risk management, policy, legal operations or management consulting.
Analytical and problem-solving experience.
Demonstrated experience influencing across functional boundaries and globally.
3+ years experience in people management.
Executive and corporate communications experience.
3+ years experience leading global projects from inception to completion.
Experience working with product, engineering, legal, and security teams.
Experience managing globally distributed teams.
Experience in global trust & safety operations.
BA/BS degree or higher.
