Sonos is a sound experience company. We connect millions of listeners all around the world to the content they want, where and how they want it. Since inventing multiroom wireless audio in 2005, we have continuously innovated the listening experience, designing hardware and software that celebrates sound, empowers our customers, and brings the home to life. Our team is made up of passionate players united by a culture of respect, transparency, collaboration, and ownership who want to inspire the world to listen better.
We have always been focused on impact, not location, and the pandemic has taught us that even more roles can be performed remotely than we’d previously imagined. Having been distributed from the start, we’ve long since been accustomed to having close teammates in entirely different locations and time zones. Whether our people choose to work from an office or remotely, we remind ourselves that our culture is not our offices, it’s us. It’s the way we work together to create amazing products and services, and the way we find connection with one another.
