Description:

The Manager of Provider Network Implementations is responsible for overseeing VBC implementations for the enterprise. This role is responsible for supporting and facilitating intake of new provider agreements and assigning a project manager. As a subject matter expert for VBC implementations, this role will collaborate across departments to lead continuous process improvement for implementation and VBC operations. This role is responsible for leading VBC implementations, interfacing directly with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong project management skills are required to drive multiple projects across markets. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to work closely with various teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Somatus VBC Implementation protocols

  • Drive process improvement and scalability for VBC Implementations

  • Drive management of implementation projects to scope, time, and cost

  • Collaborate with the Project Management Office to Delegate and assign Project Managers to individual implementation projects

  • Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and transition

  • Maintenance and distribution of meeting agenda and minutes

  • Utilize planning, prioritization, and strong organizational skills to meet project and department needs

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members to understand barriers and drive success across the enterprise

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 1-3 years of project management experience

  • Proven ability to effectively interact and engage with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Enjoys working collaboratively with team members

  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and relationship building

  • Demonstrates empathy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio

  • Experience in health care operations

Preferred:

  • Project Management Certification (PMP)

  • Experience in value based care

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This job operates in a professional setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Normal manual dexterity is required.

  • Normal speaking and hearing abilities to interact with others in an office environment, over telephone or other video conferencing platform.

  • The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms and continuously repeat the same hand, arm finger motion many times as in typing.
