Summary:

Facebook is looking for a Manager, Quality to join our Strategy & Transformation team that drives Recruiting transformation solutions from strategy to execution at the intersection of people, process & technology. We build and scale global programs to strengthen the impact of our world-class Recruiting Team. Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook's success. We have a world-class team working together to help drive our ambitions and scale to the next level. This role is pivotal to delivering our vision of transforming the way we hire great builders for Facebook's future. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Quality Program Managers that develop and manage quality programs to improve the health and rigor of our recruiting processes at scale. Your role will be critical to enabling continuous improvement through analytics, insights and repeatable quality frameworks. You will partner closely with the Process Excellence team to inform our process management strategies and roadmap with data and insights. The ideal candidate will excel at working collaboratively with executives and colleagues alike and consistently deliver high-quality work even under time constraints with competing priorities.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage a team of Quality Program Managers that are responsible for the design and implementation of quality assurance programs focused on measuring the process health to empower process excellence.

  2. Build a coherent strategy, vision and roadmap for the quality programs, establish shared goals & work with the cross-functional partners & leaders across the organization to drive alignment.

  3. Establish and drive Quality roadmap and priorities in close partnership with the Process Excellence team.

  4. Develop a global plan for process audits and maturity assessments to identify quality gaps and drive continuous improvement & risk management in a systematic way.

  5. Craft the metrics strategy for the measurement of process health & quality to enable a data-driven quality framework and inform the strategy of Quality programs.

  6. Build the quality toolkit for the team to scale problem solving through RCA, 8D, 5 Why, Pareto analysis, control charts, and design of experiments.

  7. Influence process roadmap and facilitate the strategic alignment with stakeholders and cross-functional partners involved.

  8. Build strategic relationships with global & cross-functional partners to drive improvements to the overarching quality strategies.

  9. Proactively identify the important problems in support of company goals and create processes/solutions to address them.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years experience in Quality and Program Management.

  2. 3+ years experience in a high-tech fast-paced environment.

  3. 2+ years experience in people management.

  4. Experience in quality principles and practices including Problem Solving Tools (8D, 5 Why, Pareto analysis, control charts, and DOE), Process Audits and Quality Management Systems.

  5. Experience in establishing Quality metrics/feedback systems for continuous improvement.

  6. Experience thinking analytically and strategically about issues and influencing stakeholders, leadership and individual contributors at all levels.

  7. Track record of operating independently and delivering results, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.

  8. Experience building and maintaining strategic relationships in order to influence and drive the program vision in a single direction.

  9. Experience creating and delivering presentations to a variety of stakeholders including senior-level leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree or higher.

  2. Quality Assurance certification (ASQ, etc.).

  3. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).

  4. Experience working in a large, global tech company or other fast-paced environments.

  5. Experience in program management within Recruiting or People Operations.
