KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Risk Management to join our Risk Management team.
Responsibilities:
Lead processes associated with risk assessments and treatments for existing and new services, including new services emerging Managed Services in the area of Cyber, Financial Services, and Third Party Risk Management
Work collaboratively with various stakeholders (for example, Legal, Procurement, Security, and Privacy) to help identify and manage risks
Facilitate processes associated with Risk Management's oversight of quality assurance and quality review processes
Contribute to the evolution of Risk Management, including support of execution on plans for process improvement through the use of data and analytics and intelligent automation technologies
Work collaboratively with team to assist in the design, development, evaluation, and recommendation of various Risk Management guidelines
Participate in various Risk Management projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
Minimum three years of related work experience in Project Management, Risk Management, IT Security Management, Software Development, IT Operations, and/or Technology-related consulting
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Progressive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing projects; hands-on, independent and accountable management style; capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks and projects
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of various levels; strong written/verbal communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to travel as necessary
