KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our KPMG International Global Quality & Risk Management organization.


  • Inspire confidence and interact regularly with senior level Global Quality & Risk Management (GQRM) leadership and the GQRM Steering Group (SG)

  • Drive the content planning efforts with the GQRM COO and Senior Director for all GQRM SG touch points; this requires an intermediate understand/knowledge of the proposed topics and its relationship to the broader scope of GQRM; help to ensure the sequencing of topics is appropriate

  • Own the outreach to the SG presenters related to confirming their availability, their readiness to present on the respective topic, the coordination of their pre-reads and day of presentations and any other logistical matters for SG presenters

  • Lead the Pre-Read process, including facilitating the review process and version control from topic confirmation to Pre-Read distribution

  • Manage the day of presentations for presenters; draft formal minutes for each touchpoint and create meeting highlight decks

  • Support the logistical planning for all virtual and in person meetings working closely with and overseeing the executive administrator in the SG PMO


  • Minimum five years of similar experience in a professional services environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

  • Experience interacting with senior leaders with a strong professional presence and demeanor

  • Excellent oral and written communication and organization skills with high attention to detail

  • The position is Remote/Virtual, but limited Domestic and International travel is required
