An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
The ACS – NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) Functional Consultant position is responsible for the delivery of optimization services for Oracle NetSuite NSPB customers in a post-sales and post-implementation environment. Working with the Advanced Customer Support team, Professional Services, Support, Product Management, and Sales, this position will apply leading practices to meet the customer’s business needs. The position also requires developing innovative solutions for system optimization and/or addressing unique requirements to the customer's satisfaction. A Consultant must have a passion for helping customers find creative ways to run their businesses more effectively. Finding new ways to improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers is a top priority. An ability to prioritize work with aggressive timelines is required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Post-implementation services to new and existing customers
Orient and guide Customers to the NetSuite Planning and Budgeting leading practices as applied to their business need
Document and analyze any unique business requirements outside of the leading practices
Provide solutions and their validation as part of the client engagement
Configure/customize the NSPB application based on accepted business requirements within the ACS Level of service
Work with customers to remediate highest priority gaps that can be delivered within the desired timeline and according the level of service
Perform offline tasks that are included in the case management and resolution
Attend internal and customer meetings and provide status on progress of activities, deliverables, and quality control
Contribute to internal initiatives and Team Development
Actively participate in initiatives to improve leading practices and internal delivery artifacts
Contribute with the mentoring, onboarding, and expanding knowledge of the members of the team
Participate in SME program / Pods in area(s) of interest and expertise
Focus on Continuing Education
Consistently updates skills/knowledge to enhance the current role via formal Trainings or personal learning sessions
Contribute to internal NSPB knowledge share
Be fully versed on functionality released with each new product upgrade
Requirements
EPM Solution Consultant with 4+ years of experience in the planning/consolidation streams
Hands on Implementation experience or Support in EPM products
Good project/support experience on EPM Cloud Products- NSPB/EPBCS/PBCS/FCCS/ARCS/TRCS
Demonstrated ability to perform both functional and technical aspects involved with NSPB with emphasis on leading engagements from start to finish.
Regularly exceeds personal utilization targets on a quarterly basis
Exceeds Customer Reference Targets and Customer Satisfaction Survey Score Targets
Demonstrates ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with high level of customer satisfaction

Principales responsabilités
Offrir des services suivant la mise en œuvre aux clients existants ou nouveaux :
Conseiller les clients en matière de méthodes de pointe de planification et de budgétisation NetSuite, en fonction de leurs besoins organisationnels.
Documenter et analyser toute exigence organisationnelle échappant aux méthodes de pointe.
Fournir des solutions et les valider, durant le mandat chez les clients.
Configurer et personnaliser l’application NSPB en fonction des exigences organisationnelles qui ont été acceptées, selon le niveau de service avancé.
Collaborer avec les clients afin de régler les plus grandes priorités, en respectant l’échéance voulue et le niveau de service.
Exécuter les tâches autonomes qui sont comprises dans la gestion et la résolution de cas.
Prendre part aux rencontres internes et avec le client, puis fournir des comptes rendus d’avancement des activités, des livrables et du contrôle de la qualité.
Contribuer aux initiatives internes et au développement de l’équipe :
Participer activement aux initiatives, pour améliorer les méthodes de pointe et les éléments internes de prestation.
Contribuer au mentorat, à l’accueil et à l’intégration, ainsi qu’à l’acquisition de connaissances des membres de l’équipe.
Participer aux programmes SME ou PODS propres aux champs d’intérêt et d’expertise.
Mettre l’accent sur la formation continue.
Tenir à jour ses compétences et ses connaissances, au moyen de formations prévues ou de séances d’apprentissage personnelles.

Exigences
Expertise en solutions EPM, avec quatre ans ou plus d'expérience en projets de planification ou de consolidation.
Expérience pratique en mise en œuvre ou en soutien de produits EPM.
Bonne expérience de projets ou de soutien des produits infonuagiques EPM (NSPB, EPBCS, PBCS, FCCS, ARCS et TRCS).
Capacité éprouvée d’effectuer des tâches fonctionnelles et techniques liées à NSPB, notamment pour la supervision de mandats complets.
Dépasser fréquemment les cibles personnelles d’utilisation, en fonction des trimestres.
Dépasser les cibles de références clients et de scores de sondage sur la satisfaction des clients.

Hiring Range: from $64,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
