A career in PwC's One Firm Risk Organization (OFRO) provides the opportunity to develop, interpret, inform and monitor areas of risk management which includes: internal and external risk management policies, contracting, independence, quality, compliance and related technology. OFRO supports PwC's market facing activities by enabling client engagement teams to more effectively assess and manage risks in order to facilitate the profitable delivery of our products and services.
Our Cross Quality and Risk Management team is made up of four teams within our One Firm Risk Organization: Bankruptcy Consultations and Facilitation, Adverse Data Search, Risk Management Administration and Products teams.The Bankruptcy Consultations and Facilitation team supports PwC client service teams in all service areas with bankruptcy retention matters, coordination with the client's bankruptcy counsel and ongoing compliance requirements of the Bankruptcy Court. The Adverse Data Search and Risk Management Administration teams help PwC make informed decisions about prospective and current clients and their principal leaders/management by conducting research. The Products team manages the impact of mature product risk.

A role with the Products & Technology Risk and Quality team requires knowledge of and familiarity with technology and data risks, including regulatory compliance. Just as importantly, it requires proven and agile listening and reading comprehension skills, critical thinking and communication skills, and the breadth and depth of experience and ability to make judgments which directly impact the firm’s revenue, risk profile and reputation.

Demonstrates thought - leader level abilities and/or proven record of success in the following areas:
Understanding how to integrate multiple types of AI (ML, Generative, etc.) to improve the functionality and experience of existing dashboards and applications and the challenges in building production-worthy AI solutions;
Leveraging AI to identify insights in structured and unstructured data sets and data storytelling experience to share insights identified with stakeholders;
Understanding of Model Governance frameworks to support and maintain the models built into our OFRO dashboards;
Translating between business needs and AI technical requirements;
Staying abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and familiarize with frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, or ISO 31000 to support dashboard model risk management;
Displaying ability to research and analyze pertinent client, industry, and technical matters;
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to understand their roles, objectives, expertise, needs, and applying that knowledge;
Working independently, showing change agility to adjust to shifting priorities, exercising judgment when completing tasks, and performing self-reviews focused on quality and continuous improvement;
Recognizing and escalating matters that impact team objectives, including issues, decision points or roadblocks;
Managing multiple concurrent projects to completion by managing timelines and processes, involving appropriate stakeholders and using judgment to drive issue resolution; and,
Leading, coaching and developing other members of the team.

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $495,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
