Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Operations Manager Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and build out Oracle for Startups on Campus program infrastructure, including reporting and tracking metrics, tool automation, and other best practices
Develop and implement frameworks and structures to drive Oracle Cloud engagement inside and outside the classroom at universities across the globe
Support organizing hackathons, build days, design sprints, and other events to foster new idea development with Oracle Cloud
Collaborate with other Oracle key stakeholders to ensure our processes integrate into the broader organization, including marketing, PR, strategy, PMO, and business development departments
Build systems and frameworks that allow us to scale faster and support Oracle Cloud trainings, webinars, and demos in technical classes in universities across the globe
Track qualitative and quantitative metrics to monitor and optimize impact across higher education programs
Work alongside our finance and procurement teams managing partnership proposals budgeting, purchase orders, and other unforeseen challenges to ensure the Oracle for Startups on Campus program is deemed successful by set metrics.
Prepare operational reports, strategic decks, and presentations, as required
Provide financial updates and reports, as required
Support onboarding and management of pipeline of new student/faculty-led ventures leveraging Oracle Cloud
Have a bias for action where we can implement new processes to achieve maximum efficiency
You have 4-7+ years of experience in operations with startups, higher education innovation, or a similar field
Demonstrate proactivity and comfort with working in an often-ambiguous environment
You have an attention to detail and ability to synthesize information concisely
You have a bias for action, are a team player, and a problem-solve
You have advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
(Preferred) Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite and NetSuite (or comparable ERP and CRM systems/processes)
You have a positive and creative attitude to solving problems and have the ability to think outside the box and ask questions to help improve the way we operate
You are detail orientated with an understanding that the little things matter
You are flexible and comfortable to adjust, shape and change as the program evolves
