Our team focuses on North American based clients using our back office cloud applications. Our resources are primarily located in North America and India. We’re growing fast, and we need strong leaders ready to bring their unique skills, energy, and creativity to help us continuously innovate how we deliver world-class client experiences on cloud applications projects.

In this environment of rapid change, we must partner with our clients with new ways to deliver, to accelerate the creation of value, and not simply fall back on “how we have previously done it”. We need to be at the forefront of change. This Delivery Innovation & Excellence Lead will help take us there!

The Delivery Innovation & Excellence Lead will help shape and enable strategic priorities through a focused effort on implementation, delivery, tools, accelerators, and assets to ensure cloud success for customers.

Specifically, s/he will focus on the following areas:

  • Help “own” the innovation agenda:

  • The Ways we Work

  • Customer experience (principals of how we deliver, storytelling, continuous improvement)

  • Development of pre-build solutions and assets

  • Administration and coaching of cloud delivery methods and approach

  • Quality assurance process

  • Efforts to drive innovative ways to ride the cloud


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in implementing ERP/HCM applications

  • Prior consulting delivery experience, SaaS delivery preferred.

  • Knowledge of innovative cloud delivery methodologies.

  • Track record of creating more agile ways of working and delivering to customers on a large scale, that is scalable.

  • Experience creating stories, tools, and ideas/concepts to help our customers innovate.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Keen ability to think through different scenarios and messaging based on specific audiences.

  • Ability to mobilize and motivate groups of people to work toward a common goal.
