Summary:

Meta is seeking an experienced Partner Manager to support outsourcing site operations and manage vendor/partner relationships. This is a unique opportunity to work with a wide variety of internal teams providing scalable outsourcing solutions. Through ensuring high performance on existing programs and helping facilitate transition of new programs, you will have a strong impact on the company's growth. Candidates are required to have partner management and consultative experience in the outsourcing environment, with communication and large-scale operation management skills. This includes a solid understanding of the outsourcing landscape and comprehension of the Legal, Financial, and Technical components of outsourced programs.

Required Skills:

Partner Manager, Global Partner Operations Responsibilities:

1. Ensure partner sites' success through strong performance management of KPIs (Productivity, Quality, Efficiency, etc.)

2. Manage complex partner relationships, drive accountability, and identify operational risks and mitigations

3. Demonstrate operational excellence experience and focus on continuous improvement. Influence partners in implementing site-level process improvements as needed (i.e. hiring, training, ops management, workload prioritization, etc.)

4. Be the point of contact for the partners and understand blockers. Engage, influence, and mobilize Meta cross-functional teams to solve and prioritize based on Community impact

5. Clearly articulate site performance and any remediation plans to an executive level, and facilitate internal and external business reviews

6. Work with multiple internal cross-functionals teams to drive process improvement and solve problems impacting internal and/or partner operations

7. Represent Meta in partner sites and channel internal Meta culture in the site’s operation and people leadership landscape

8. Drive customer experience initiatives in partner sites

9. Willingness to travel required for this role

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 8+ years experience managing outsourced vendor relationships

2. Program management, communication, stakeholder management, negotiating and influencing experience with a track record of achieving engagement from cross-functional stakeholders

3. Outsourcing experience and knowledge of outsourcing landscape including legal, financial, and technology components of outsourcing

4. Experience working as part of a global, cross-functional team, and working with all levels

5. Expert in BPO, shared services, and contact center best practices for Operations Management

6. Analytical experience
