EPAM is looking for a dynamic, influential Change Management Principal who has a passion for growing teams, leading strategic initiatives, supporting account growth, and bringing fresh ideas to the table. Our team, which sits within EPAM’s Business Consulting organization, is at a critical growth period, and is focused on providing solutions that are innovative, tech-enabled, and human-centered. Your role will provide equal focus on development of our team, supporting continuous improvement of our competencies, delivering change expertise and transformation strategies for our clients, serving as a critical member of our OCM leadership team, and supporting our culture of learning and innovation. You will also be responsible for overseeing multiple direct reports, investing in staff development, providing meaningful and timely feedback, and motivating others to reach their full potential.

Support internal practice development efforts to help fuel growth of EPAM’s innovative, data- and tech-driven OCM capability
Serve as a thought leader both to our internal change community, as well as to our clients
Generate a pipeline of opportunities by working in conjunction with EPAM account leadership and integrated solution partners
Develop and implement end-to-end change programs, including articulation of the case for change
Ability to lead teams and their activities, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to ensure project and client expectations are understood and met
Proactively lead business development efforts, including managing pursuits, drafting proposals and responses to RFPs, and leading business development interactions with prospects and clients
Anticipate client needs and concerns, proactively working with senior leaders to address them early
Support talent management efforts, and development and articulation of OCM OKRs and annual goal alignment
Ability to execute balance multiple initiatives concurrently and make swift, accurate decisions in a dynamic environment
Proven experience in org effectiveness, talent development, and/or change leadership in a progressive, consulting environment
Known for innovative thinking and deep expertise in Organizational Development and/or Change Management principals
Proven success driving large-scale change efforts
12+ years professional experience in transformation or change management
4+ years working in a similar advisory role with full accountability for complex change management projects
Strong design, facilitation, and program management skills
Proven history of building credibility at all levels of the organization
PROSCI certification desired
