Oracle Principal Product Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

This team focuses on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in product management, preferably with experience in interoperability, electronic data exchange, and API solutions for healthcare revenue cycle stakeholders. Serving as a crucial link between a customer’s business functions and product requirements, you will play a pivotal role in automating healthcare processes that drive efficiencies and ensure a seamless patient and user experience across the Oracle Health product portfolio and partner ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to develop innovative EDI and API products that meet market needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship on U.S. soil is required. This position requires you to be eligible to receive a federal security clearance which requires you to be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry standards such as HIPAA, X12, HL7, and FHIR.

  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to product launch.

  • Passion for turning ideas into deliverables – and seeing ideas through to delivery.

  • Ability to constantly reassess assumptions and priorities.

  • Healthcare IT and/or Revenue Cycle experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle for healthcare financial data exchange products, including ideation, market research, requirements gathering, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Attention to detail and ability to lead multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, industry trends, and business objectives.

  • Ensure products align with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and X12.

  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Develop product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and prioritize initiatives based on business goals.

  • Act as the product subject matter expert, providing support to sales, marketing, and customer support teams.

  • Monitor product performance post-launch and work with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, resolve issues and ensure successful product adoption.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
