Oracle Health & Application Infrastructure (OHAI) organization develops applications that help provider organizations manage their revenue cycle whilst providing the best possible experience to providers and patients alike. As a Product Manager, you will help shape the future of these mission critical products. Bring your vision for how we can help our customers and enhance our product offerings. You'll work with an experienced team of product managers as well as cross-functionally to provide a best-in-class revenue cycle solution.

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead customer engagement programs, gather and prioritize feedback, and align products with global requirements. This role involves working closely with international customers to gather requirements, present the product vision and roadmap, and follow industry trends to continuously deliver impactful solutions. You will collaborate with product leaders to shape new market entry plans and drive the product roadmap, managing and prioritizing the product backlog to deliver meaningful results.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS/MA/MS in relevant backgrounds or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience.

  • Proven 5+ years product management experience, preferably in cloud solutions, for enterprise level software applications

  • Strong technical background through hands-on experience with software development lifecycle

  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

  • Highly self-motivated to work on tasks independently, while working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across various lines of business

  • Excellent organization and project management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework relevant to the Healthcare industry or a background in healthcare products, specifically RevCycle focused is a plus.

  • Experience in RevCycle space in or outside of the US is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead a team of local Product Managers to capture and prioritize regional requirements, defining product descriptions, and driving feature prioritization to support global strategic objectives. You will oversee the product release process in partnership with Program Management and Cloud teams to ensure product readiness, smooth rollouts, manage beta-test and early-release programs, and balance time-to-market with quality standards. Additionally, you will coordinate complex workflows across products to support new market entry initiatives, facilitate consulting handovers, develop sales playbooks, and ensure the product remains aligned with customer needs and organizational goals.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
