The Insights Apps team is an open, fun, and diverse team that is building the leading Customer Data Platform (CDP), Digital Analytics, Consent, and Data Integration solutions with AI powered insights and analytics that the most forward-thinking brands in the world trust.
We are looking for a business owner with a passion for elevating product and business results through community. This role will evolve our partner- and customer-led community strategy and work across strategic Microsoft partner and user communities to create programs and shared success. The goal is to evolve our user communities to a world where partners and users are champions that increasingly collaborate with each other - sharing their own solutions and educating each other on product highlights and implementation practices.
Drive product growth through internal operational and external program development and optimization
Develop internal operational programs for metrics & KPI optimization, compliance, release management and product led adoption.
Develop a discipline to grow our partner and customer communities with thought leadership that is carried by a growing number of MVPs
Create and manage cross-product alignment and workstreams that benefit each product and move Microsoft's value to customers forward
Build an amazing team culture of outcome-focused, thought-leading, and "one Microsoft" with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety
8+ years of martech or adtech industry experience with a proven track record of building successful operational programs internally and externally
5+ years of experience as a People Manager
Knowledge of the market and industry: competitors and customer needs in the martech and adtech spaces
Demonstrated success as a subject matter expert working along sales teams in C-Suite engagements
Strong relationship building to develop partnerships across Microsoft as well as externally with customers.
