About this position:

Principal Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Principle Technical Program Manager to lead Information Security and Compliance projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end efforts including the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of programs and projects. The Principle Technical Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, infrastructure engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful execution of efforts that cross all pillars of Information Security and Compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT, project management, cyber security, and cloud-based technologies, with a particular focus on Cerner systems and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

The purpose of the Principle Technical Program Manager will be to ensure successful execution of efforts that will help to maintain and enhance the security posture of the Oracle Health organization. What will they be working on? This role will be focused on executing projects and programs across all pillars of information security and compliance, including process improvement efforts, compliance and audit projects, risk management efforts, and OCI migration work.

About the team:

The OHAI Information Security and Compliance Project Management Office provides oversight to strategic objectives and critical projects, ensuring successful implementation of efforts that deliver significant business value to the organization while maintaining and enhancing the security posture of Oracle Health.

Size of team 10 total project and program managers. The manager believes in practicing Situational Leadership, allowing associates to work as autonomously and independently as possible and providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship as necessary. They believe firmly in the OHAI core values of Act Now, Iterate to provide value to the business as quickly as possible and Take Risks, Remain Calm to allow associates a safe environment for growth and achievement.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
