The MENTOR Network Procurement Fleet Administrator in Boston, Massachusetts
The MENTOR Network is a mission-based organization dedicated to providing high quality services to those we serve. We are seeking a Procurement & Fleet Administrator to join our Procurement team, based in either our Boston, MA or Edina, MN office! This position will be remote while our offices remain closed due to COVID-19.
The Procurement & Fleet Administrator manages existing systems and implements new tools to perform varied tasks accurately and efficiently. They are responsible for increasing user adoption of Mentor’s Fleet programs, providing operational, testing and training support for the company’s Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system. This role includes providing a high level of system, process, and supplier management support, while collaborating with internal stakeholders across the various Network business functions. This role also provides the Fleet Manager support for administrative tasks of the fleet program.
Facilitate system-oriented activities including user adoption, training, organizational communications, system testing, and application roll-out
Create eProcurement catalogs and punch-out lists, including e-Catalog cleansing, pricing and content maintenance
Respond to and provide support for users in the P2P system, which includes order and invoicing issues, troubleshooting and integration failures.
Administer and monitor master data quality and analyze procurement analytics
Provide Procurement support for automated Accounts Payable processes including e-Invoicing, scanning and workflow, reporting capabilities, electronic invoice user interfaces, supplier networks, and payment services
Support the Fleet Manager in the administration of the Fleet program
Assist in the ordering, delivery and documentation of the organization's fleet of motor vehicles, maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance with government rules and regulations
Work directly with third party fleet management company on orders and customer service issue resolution
Support fleet programs – Preventative maintenance, Repairs, Safety, Fuel, Branding
Fleet management experience preferred
Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems preferred, including:
Understanding of fundamental principles of P2P including spend and commodity taxonomies, requisitioning, Purchase Order (PO) generation, receiving, matching, invoice processing and payment disbursement
Other Skills and Abilities:
Ability to multitask and deliver high quality results
Ability to prioritize work to ensure the highest urgency tasks are completed first
Experience working with systems including data entry and uploading large quantities of data
