The Senior Product Manager, Profile, Login, and Registration will coordinate the innovation and execution of the Trailblazer Profile and login/registration flows for Salesforce’s digital ecosystem. These products will support a global audience across many digital properties with different needs. Salesforce continues to grow rapidly, and our digital experience ensures visitors, prospects, customers, and trailblazers can connect with Salesforce content and capability in a seamless and engaging manner.
The successful candidate will have expertise in the marketing website landscape and a proven ability to deliver systems on multiple platforms. They will have a clear vision of running digital as a product but will also be able to drive the grounded pragmatic execution of the product plan in partnership with others.
The Senior Product Manager will partner with collaborators across the business, including the core identity team, marketing, and business operations to lead these capabilities into the future. The individual will be responsible for delivery through project initiation, execution, and deployment in scrum-agile work practice. This product role is also responsible for effective executive collaborator engagement, self-direction, and product roadmaps.
Lead and be responsible for the roadmaps for profile and a flexible, robust login and registration system that supports the digital ecosystem.
Lead the backlog of one scrum team including writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog grooming, and prioritization.
Provide regular updates to leadership, calling out items when needed but with presence and relationships to identify and resolve most issues independently
Knowledgeably and successfully present our strategy, roadmap, and current progress/actions to senior executive audiences inside the company
Foster, facilitate, and furnish, timely decision-making across a broad network of collaborators, delivery partners, and operational teams.
Quickly adopt awareness and demonstrate command of policies, processes, and programs with discernment of the different pressure points for each.
Collaborate with security, architecture, engineering, quality, support, experience, program, and infrastructure partners in coordinating the delivery of complex, multi-year initiatives.
The position collaborates with other global locations and requires a flexible work shift schedule for some meetings.
Required Skills/ Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience delivering scalable systems
B.A., B.Sc. or equivalent
Understanding of Identity & Access Management platforms and services
Built services and front-end experiences. Familiar with REST APIs, API gateways, and database technologies
Deep experience in consumer experience, marketing, and digital engagement technologies
Passion for data-driven and metrics-driven decisions
Familiarity with building software products using cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP
Assessing the capabilities, impact, and shortcomings of changes in enterprise business architectures and processes from a technical and business standpoint
Familiar and comfortable with agile/scrum development methodologies
Communicate with business as well as technical audiences. Able to write clear and concise documentation and user stories, and excellent spoken communication skills
Function independently and as part of a team, convey a strong professional image, exhibit interest and positive demeanor toward all assigned work, and strive for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will enjoy the risk and opportunity of advanced technology development
Experience in professional services roles/engagements
Expertise in implementing Salesforce solutions.
Background in technology consulting

Travel requirements: less than 15%
