Humana Product Manager 2 - Member Advocacy (Remote) in Boston, Massachusetts

As Product Manager - Member Advocacy, you will be responsible for executing and contributing to the definition of the roadmap for a unified member experience across our applications, platforms, and services for our members. Partnering closely with product leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will gather and synthesize requirements and drive product development in an agile environment. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare launching products and working as part of cross-functional teams to deliver digital experiences leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning. This position is full-time and is based out of our offices in Boston, MA, or Louisville, KY. In office is preferred, but will consider remote applicants.
Active contributor to the member- and associate-focused product vision, strategy and execution.
Drive and own product- and feature-related decisions, incorporating feedback from business owners, tech team, and other key stakeholders.
Contribute to the omnichannel strategy and vision, creating and executing the roadmap to bring it to life.
Gather requirements and feedback from multiple stakeholders and translate them into the features within the product vision.
Work with stakeholders to define user needs, identifying gaps, features enhancements and opportunities.
Help to create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and collaborates on user stories that drives the product development life cycle.
Drive product launches including working with marketing, field agents, and other product management team members.
Bachelor's degree In Computer Science or similar discipline.
1-3 years of professional experience with 1+ year of consumer-facing software product management experience.
Experience with agile software development lifecycle tools such as Aha!, ProductBoard, Monday, Trello, Balsamiq Mockups, JIRA, Google analytics and/or A/B Testing tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
