The opportunity

The ESPM Enablement Program Manager is an exciting new opportunity to become a part of the Enterprise Solutions & Platform Management (ESPM) Enablement team. This transformational team has a holistic view across ESPM and provides a set of services and capabilities that enrich and enable the delivery of quality products, services, and platforms to our employees.

Your key responsibilities

  • understanding the product offerings of ET such that you can develop process and governance models aligned to the ESPM product management framework and define product readiness protocols and standards

  • oversee the demand triage service model for service adoption

  • lead the change management strategy and execution for ESPM Enablement strategic initiatives

  • work with product leaders to identify training requirements across ESPM and collaborate with BOIT to ensure training is available and provided based on need

  • liaise with internal product portfolio leads/managers to understand their needs and map this to enablement services and/or capabilities

  • develop metrics that will assess product delivery performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness

  • build and independently manage key strategic relationships

  • measure and report on ESPM enablement initiatives

Skills and attributes for success

  • An understanding of the product lifecycle

  • Experience working in virtual teams

  • Customer-centric and Product focused

  • Strong verbal and written skills including strong cross-cultural communication and the ability to draft effective communications

  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with proven creative, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities

  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • College degree in business or related technology field

  • 15+ years of professional experience in a similar domain

  • Product/Project/Program Management experience (PMP or Prod Management Certification a plus)
