Oracle Program Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager to project manage the ongoing Oracle Advertising’s compliance efforts with our accreditations and certification partners.

In this critical role, you will coordinate with many teams across Oracle Advertising to deliver accurate audit documentation to our external partners. This highly visible position will be a main point of contact with these accreditation partners and will be expected to maintaining healthy relationships with them. You will also be the primary responsible party for tracking all accreditation requests through accepted delivery ensuring proper communication on receipt, assignment, and timelines.

The Program Manager will be responsible for communicating both externally with auditors, as well as internally with key collaborators, including engineering and product executives. In this role you will be organizing and facilitating walkthrough discussions with external auditors and audit prep meetings with various internal subject matter experts. Critical to the success of this role is the setting and management of collaborator expectations in regard to products in scope for accreditation and timelines of audits. You will have a broad reach across Oracle Advertising, and at times other parts of Oracle.

Work is complex, involving excellent communication and organization skills as well as cross-team collaboration. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Three to five years of audit or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact with accreditation partners and responsible for maintaining a healthy relationship with them.

  • Tracks all accreditation requests through accepted delivery ensuring proper communication on receipt, assignment, and timelines.

  • Effectively communicate to convey ideas, expectations, and information to teams, stakeholders, and clients.

  • Lead people to success by providing clear direction, motivation, and support.

  • Be highly organized to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously.

  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project.

  • Manage project budgets and make informed decisions to ensure the project stays within budget.

  • Quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project.

  • Adapt and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track.

  • Work collaboratively with all involved to achieve project goals.

  • Have a good understanding of the technical aspects of the project and be able to communicate effectively with technical team members.

  • Sets up and maintains the processes and procedures that will provide successful audit delivery

Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
