You are extremely knowledgeable of DevSecOps, CI/CD practices, and various methods of measuring Lean Flow and coaching automation to improve the flow of feature delivery to production environments.

You have experience using in-person and remote training as a tool to educate attendees on the “what”, “why”, and, where possible, the “how” of Agile, Lean, and DevSecOps practices and supporting their ongoing education and certification.

You are a superlative communicator who can inspire, and collaborate with all audiences; up, down, left, and right. You revel in clarity and brevity; you prioritize simplicity and meaning in your communication, not techno-jargon.

You are an active listener who is confident yet humble and attracts top talent through humility, intelligence, and a vision of enabling a world-class to help Oracle Cloud succeed.
