Job Description

The Global Clients and Industries team is a small central team accountable for driving forward our market facing industry programme and effectively connecting it to our Global Priority Account programme, our Global Relationship Partners (GRPs), and ensuring that the team builds a strategy that is clearly aligned with network and territory priorities. As a small team, the Global Clients and Industries team members will collaborate closely to ensure a focus on agreed priorities in addition to working collectively to achieve the desired outcomes.

The Global Industries Executive Team is responsible for setting a forward looking agenda that will enable PwC to position the full breadth of industry capabilities to current and future clients and to ensure that the network is equipped to deliver. A key priority for FY18 and beyond is to build a collective agenda for the Global Industries and drive a program that capitalizes on convergence trends.

Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in data management and key objective accomplishment, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, working with the business and our Kolkata Service Delivery Centre (KSDC) to support our knowledge management activities; including the following areas:

  • Content: citations, pipeline/wins, industry news, qualifications;

  • Platforms: spark, citations database; proposal hub;

  • Relevant industry, client information, and distribution lists maintenance.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in project management, day-to-day operations and multi-tasking, and overseeing multiple and diverse projects, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including the following areas:

  • Responding on a timely basis to network requests for industry information and other support;

  • Working with Industry and sector leaders, Global Marketing Organization (GMO), KSDC and others on industry updates to establish relevant content is secured and shared as appropriate;

  • Supporting operational aspects of key industry activities e.g. thought leadership, events, working closely with the Global Marketing Organization;

  • Supporting leadership teams to establish agendas and speakers are secured, relevant presentations developed, clear actions captured and agreed actions are followed through;

  • Managing the Mandatory Firm Rotation (MFR) data for Global Clients in relevant industry;

  • Collaborating with Global Information to establish timely revenue reporting;

  • Managing pipeline of industry activities to establish progress and milestones are met;

  • Undertaking relevant industry or market analysis to support industry programme and establishing third party information is shared appropriately with relevant audiences on a timely basis;

  • Managing projects for key strategic initiatives and industry networking and collaboration activities (e.g. account planning workshops, annual meetings);

-Serving as a sounding board for the Industry Executive and other team members, and;

-Building network with other Industry associates to drive consistency, collaboration and efficiency.
