As a Finance Transformation PM, you will help our clients execute their project and system initiatives. In this role, you will utilize your functional experience in accounting, finance, and program/project management to help clients ensure project success. You will lead projects and work steams to support a finance transformation surrounding the integrity of our client’s financial and regulatory reports. This first project is anticipated to be a minimum of 6-12 months.

  • Identification of risks, dependencies and issues across the project and coordinate mitigation actions

  • Day to day ownership of program delivery

  • Develop/analyze reports to identify trends, patterns, and issues related to the management of the project—present findings and recommendations to project leads

  • Project / Program Management


  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Foundation in finance and accounting OR experience running projects for Financial and Accounting business areas

  • Financial Services industry experience

  • Experience in accounting and finance transformations

  • 3+ years’ experience in project management

  • Understanding of regulatory reporting, capital requirements and treasury processes a plus
