Broadridge Financial Solutions Project Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Boston, MA team at 125 High Street. In this role, you will act as Broadridge's project representative to plan, organize, secure and manage resources and tasks in the process of achieving specific Broadridge and client goals. The major focus of this role is to manage the implementation of Broadridge's proprietary Revenue and Expense Management application, Revport. Revport is offered both as an on premise/installed application, as well as a hosted offering where Broadridge owns and manages the infrastructure needed to support the billing solution. Every project will require a deep understanding of the financial services billing industry (revenue and expense), the Revport product and the billing process. Critical to the project's success is the ability to address and build solutions to complex issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the liaison and coordinator for meetings, deliverables, etc.

  • Learn and conform to the Revenue and Expense Management's Project Management / Implementation Methodology as defined by the Project Management Office (PMO)

  • Clear and concise project tracking and reporting. This includes but is not limited to weekly status reporting, action item tracking, regular project plan maintenance, metrics reporting, budget reporting, steering committee meetings, etc.

  • Learn the Revport application, mentor the business analysts that support each project, understand the differences between an on-premise and hosted implementation and manage the project plans accordingly

  • Effectively communicate with a wide audience of business, technical and executive staff

Qualifications:

  • Able to handle multiple projects and their associated tasks at a time

  • Ability to drive key achievements of the project (Software Acceptance, Scenario Modeling, Training, etc.)

  • User experience with Microsoft Project (preferred) or similar project tracking software

  • Ability to understand contracts, consulting services billing and achievement revenue recognition

  • Proven project, time and task management

  • Strong analytical and product skills, including a deep understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

  • Deep understanding of when critical issue is necessary and when it is not.

  • Experience in relationship development and recognizing/leveraging cross-selling opportunities

  • Certified Project Manager (i.e PMP) preferred

  • Ability to travel when needed

  • Ability to exercise independent discernment

  • Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and day to day operations resources (external to Broadridge)

  • Self-Sufficient and driven individual with an inherent aptitude for owning project related tasks from start to finish

  • Leader who enjoys interacting with different personalities daily

  • A self-starter with outstanding conflict resolution and a polished, professional presence
