Grand Circle Corporation Quality Assurance Engineer, Automation in Boston, Massachusetts

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer who will support initiatives focusing on implementing in-house automated testing solutions integrating with our internal systems, Corporate Web Site, Telephony System, Campaign Platform, Data Warehouse and our Reservation System. You will serve as a technical team member. This is a hands-on position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, test and implement in-house automated testing solutions integrating with our internal systems.

  • Analyze business requirements and writes technical specifications with elegant design or redesign for complex applications.

  • Provide technical leadership for development and innovative solutions that move the business.

  • Provide subject matter expertise to technical and business staff.


  • 3+ Years of test automation / Software Development Engineer In Test experience (more than 5 years preferred)

  • Proven expertise in the ability to write code from scratch in C# and .NET

  • Proven expertise with Selenium Webdriver and/or Cucumber is preferred

  • Proven expertise with Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) is preferred

  • Strong Design principles to create robust, scalable and extensible solutions.

  • Application and/or data integration is a plus.

  • Knowledge of IBM I Midrange Systems is a plus.

  • Experience working within the Agile Development methodology with the ability to think on your feet and efficiently / creatively problem-solve issues in a fast paced environment.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with peers, senior staff, and internal\external customers

  • Proven leader, individual contributor, and team player with ability to mentor and check ego at the door.
