Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Ten or more years of project management, product design or related experience needed.

The SaaS Engineering, SaaS Decision Support team is responsible for managing, forecasting and optimizing Oracle’s Cloud SaaS footprint on OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and advising SaaS Engineering Leadership to optimize investments and costs. We are building a SaaS Cloud Data Framework to automate SaaS Demand/Capacity Forecasting and Margin Reporting, SaaS Service Performance and Monitoring, and Data Science enhanced business insights/operational triggers to manage SaaS Operational Services and budgets. We are at the beginning of this project, so now is the time to join us and make a difference in how Oracle manages resources to support our SaaS customers!
We are looking for an experienced SaaS Decision Support Program Manager/AGILE Scrum Master to:
Own our Project Planning and Timeline:
Lead daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings to plan and deliver an Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) reporting solution, based on an Autonomous Data Warehouse and other Oracle services (Data Science, Data Catalog, Data Integration)
Lead delivery of our Project:
Remove impediments and guide the team to continuously make progress by facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Lead grooming and maintaining backlog, ensuring that backlog is properly prioritized and work items are documented
Assist in improving the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization, and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity
Lead cross functional requirements-gathering, design/solutioning, planning, testing, cutover and Go-Live enablement sessions
Engage our Users:
Lead User community engagement and support processes, create quality training materials across various platforms (Confluence, PowerPoint, Video, etc.)
Become a trusted advisor:
Become a functional expert with our reports and dashboards, with deep understanding of the of SaaS Operations business
Build your expertise by creating and maintaining OAC Data Visualizations and Dashboards for SaaS Leadership
Preferred Skills/Experience includes:
7+ years project/program management or TPM experience
Experience with Scrum, Lean, and other agile practices and methodologies in large organizations
Experience in a Scrum Master role, preferably with Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Reporting projects in a SaaS software environment.
Excellent communication, mentoring, conflict resolution, and coaching skills
Strong ability to multi-task, quickly shift priorities in a fast-paced working environment with a can-do attitude
Applicable knowledge and experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office
Bonus if you also have experience with data analysis using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or OBIEE, or familiarity with other Oracle products and services e.g. Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) or Oracle DB, Oracle Data Integration Service, Oracle Data Science Service, Oracle Data Catalog etc.
Scrum Master Training or Professional certification preferred
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related field.
