CSC ServiceWorks Salesforce Administrator Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts
Position Summary:
Primary responsibility for providing day-to-day Customer Relationship Management (CRM) support and serving as the
CRM technical expert with technologies like Salesforce, Pardot, Conga, and DocuSign.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and implementing new CRM applications and processes
Provide system maintenance including, but not limited to, process/workflow testing, process/system documentation, license/role maintenance, and data maintenance
Work with external consultants to create, test, and release new processes and developments
Serve as the liaison between Sales and IT as it relates to CRM requirements
Assist key IT partners with integrations, user support, and issue resolution
May mentor/manage other employees
Create and maintain CRM reports
Assist in and/or lead new user CRM training
Other duties assigned
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science; or 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Current Salesforce certifications (i.e., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Application Architect, etc.) are preferred
Experience with Pardot, Conga, DocuSign and Tableau is preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce
Ability to migrate data from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to promptly respond to inquiries from employees, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
Ability to work with a variety of mathematical concepts
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
Strong Microsoft Office skills
