UMB’s bottom line is directly impacted by the growth of our sales divisions. The CRM Platform Team works within the Enterprise Sales and Service team in a fast-paced environment to drive sales efficiencies and growth across UMB; driving strategic vision in partnership with lines of business leaders to boost revenue generation.

The CRM Platform Partner works closely with the lines of business to understand the business needs and how Salesforce can drive efficient sales practices to boost company revenues. By strategizing with Executive management, the Platform Partner helps identify strategic ways the CRM can enhance opportunities and drive individual and team behaviors. Gathering business requirements and recommending enhancements to the CRM system, making sure to align the platform to strategy, performance metrics and overall sales efficiencies to help drive measurable results. After requirements have been fully documented, the Platform Partner will work closely with developers to ensure configuration, plan future testing, and required training, all of the way through implementation.

How you’ll spend your time:

  • You will coordinate with team members on administration and operations support including user and security management, hierarchies, roles, data management, and report creation to align with security requirements.

  • You will recommend enhancements on the CRM system based on the line of business partners’ requirements.

  • You will manage system configuration to ensure compliance with information security and regulatory compliance requirements.

  • You will manage the design & development of training materials and programs for CRM users to ensure a smooth rollout.

  • You will partner with team members on CRM data analysis that results in actionable business insight and in key support of business objective.

We’re excited to talk with you if:

  • You have 3 years of CRM/Salesforce experience.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Bonus points, if you have your Salesforce Administration certification.

  • Bonus points, if you have 2 or more years of banking experience.

  • You have demonstrated knowledge of sales processes.

The pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is typically $ 72,870 to $ 132,450 annually. The selected candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay for the selected candidate may be above or below this range. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in one or more incentive plans based on company and individual performance.
