Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients’ team and we’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever-changing industry.

Your Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, design, customize and optimize Digital and Cloud based solutions using the Salesforce.com platform.Lead system design discussions and recommend alternate choices, trade-offs, and impact analysis. Learn new client information quickly, and translate data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems.

When required, be able to write quality code that is simple, reliable, and scalable to develop, test, deploy and supportdata-driven internet, intranet and extranet applications. Assist with providing information on assigned tasks.

Work as part of a team during technical implementations to finalize architecture specification, create designs as they relate to customizations and/or integration of CRM. Provide mentoring and leadership to less experienced developers.

Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

• Excellent oral and written communicationskills, comfort leading conversations with audiences of all levels

• Ability to lead discovery meetings to identifysystem requirements and establish an understanding of businessprocesses with the client

• Willingness to participate in the pre-salesprocess as needed for RFPs and SOWs

• Ability to lead the solutioning and design of theSalesforce platform

• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platformcapabilities

• Work with developers to define and createspecifications for any custom code or data migration requirements

• Ability to identify potential risks (people andtechnology), develop plans for mitigation, and support the change managementefforts

Toqualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 5 yearsof experience or a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 4years of experience4+ years of experience (or 6+projects) implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5 or morepeople, and have hands on experience with configuration and customizations

• Minimum of 3 years of experience leadingteams of developers

• Minimumof 2 years of Salesforce.com technical architecture experience on enterpriseprojects

• Minimumof 5 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages (Java or C#preferred), SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML

• Minimumof 3 years of experience with Force.com platform programming in Apex,Visualforce, and SOQL

• Minimumof 3 years of experience with Force.com platform out-of-the-box functionality,including best practices regarding security and automation

• Minimumof 2 years of experience integrating Salesforce.com with external systems

• SalesforcePlatform Developer 1 certification

• Familiarity with relational database concepts

• Ability to be a self-starter and handle multipletasks and priorities

• Up to 50% out-of-town travel required forthis job

Ideally,you’ll also have

• Degree emphasis inComputer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; Master’sdegree in one of these areas preferred

• Salesforce ApplicationArchitect Certification

• Salesforce System ArchitectCertification

• One or more of the followingcertifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, CommunityCloud Consultant
