SAP Manager

How will you make an impact?

Improving multiple business processes and supply chain functionality by deploying best practices in SAP to suit our early phase gene therapy business located in FL.

What will you do?

• Provide SAP solution options needed to support the fast growing demands of the VVS division (Viral Vector Services)

• Support SAP improvement and deployment projects

• Design the optimized standards for BOM's and Recipes for the early phase business processes managed and executed at the Alachua, FL site

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in deploying effective business changes

• Create versioning process for BOM's and recipes

• Create BOM's, Recipes and other related SAP fields to enable a functioning MRP

• Author SOP's and provide training for SAP business processes

• Support internal business customers by making the best choices for deploying SAP to support their processes in their day to day operations

Minimum Requirement

• BS degree in Supply Chain, IT Systems or HS Diploma and 10 years of SAP business analyst experience mainly in PP/MM/WM roles in a manufacturing environment, contract manufacturing environment is a plus

• Experience in a GXP regulated manufacturing environment

• Experience with barcode scanning and label printing functionality preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Proven delivery of SAP Implementations as a key player

• Proven ability to quickly assess and interpret situations and resolve timely and amicably

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a close attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task and timely prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Open minded and flexible with excellent communication and listening skills
