As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities
The S4 HANA Advanced Planning Consultant should possess expertise in Advanced Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Material Requirements Planning and Supplier collaboration and leverage this knowledge to design and develop client solutions. The candidate will be responsible for process analysis, requirement gathering, documenting requirements, solution definition, implementation, and support of S4 HANA Advanced Planning (PP/DS) and Material Requirements Planning of S4HANA Core component. Candidate should be familiar with various integration points and interface options with S4 HANA and IBP as it relates to Production Planning & Scheduling and MRP. This individual should demonstrate leadership skills and a track record of managing and mentoring teams as well as managing client relationships. The candidate will have S4HANA and implementing PP/DS and MRP within Industrial and Distribution. The candidate should possess knowledge, skills, and abilities in Production Planning & Scheduling and MRP business requirements and challenges facing clients in these industries.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 5 years of experience working with the S4HANA/SAP APO Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling module
At least 5 years of experience and knowledge of integration and interface options for S4HANA PP/DS and MRP
At least 5 years of experience in application development/process transformation experience.
At least 5 years of experience in designing global template using agile project management methodology
At least 5 years of experience in driving requirements and designing global template
At least 2 full life cycle experience integrating S4HANA Planning with supplier collaboration networks like ARIBA.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 8 years of experience working with the S4HANA Production Planning & Detail Scheduling and MRP
At least 8 years of experience and knowledge of integration and interface options for SAP PP
At least 8 years of experience in application development/process transformation experience.
At least 8 years of experience working in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities with Supply Chain Management/Industrial/Distribution clients on SAP engagements.
