Job Description

SAP Service Level Coordinator

The function of the SAP Service Level Coordinator is to find end-to-end resolution of technical incidents related to four (4) applications: SAP, Orion, SAP Cumbre and Miro. The position is responsible for the successful delivery of a solution that meets customer requirements and supports the overall strategy and scalability identified during the strategy and roadmap phase. The SAP Service Level Coordinator will identify and develop the conceptual solution and business requirements for the information management program or project including the facilitation of customer meetings to identify analytic processes and key performance indicators.

Job Duties

  • Work with business users to analyze key issues

  • Coordinate end-to-end implementation of SAP enhancement projects within the banking and finance practice.

  • Coordinate with the various IT/Operations teams to resolve incidents

  • Classify and escalate issues to the appropriate resolution groups

  • Serves as the single point of communication with the end users and the rest of support levels L2, L3

  • Be alert to critical issues, identify those issues as a special priority, and assess their impact on existing bank activities

  • Serve as the ERP SAP support coordinator

  • Interpret data from multiple sources and research, with client input, to determine various data points for implementation based on the requirements

  • Provide financial/ project status as well as scope control, risk/issue escalation, stakeholder engagement, project transition & closure.

    Must have a master’ s degree in business administration or related. Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of SAP, Orion, SAP Cumbre and Miro.
