Historically, the travel requirement for this position has ranged from 80-100%. For now, all KPMG business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Financial Services Solutions for our Consulting practice.


  • Gather application requirements and lead the technical solution design activities

  • Build and test applications on No Code Platform and guide clients through UAT and production migration

  • Ensure that all application interfaces are designed and built in an optimal manner while being a professional in the No Code platform, helping users navigate more complex features throughout the implementation phase

  • Serve as a technical subject matter professional for junior configurators, providing on the job mentoring/training, assisting with configuration design and reviewing work products

  • Identify actionable opportunities and design solutions that positively impact customer adoption; partner with the technology product and engineering teams to innovate client facing capabilities and integrating those features into the product roadmap

  • Work with engagement team(s) and application configuration specialists to ensure that end user requirements are optimally catered to while developing a strong trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders


  • Minimum of four years of professional experience working on software application implementation in a developer/programmer role

  • Bachelor's degree in math, engineering, or science from an accredited college/university or equivalent practical experience in management, technical or engineering field

  • Experience interfacing directly with corporate clients to understand their business needs, create solutions, and ability to drive implementation of software products with experience in standardizing data

  • Prior knowledge with web application development in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java or .NET and integration experience with APIs (REST, SOAP) and other communication protocols

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and eagerness to learn new technical skills quickly

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal along with strong stakeholder management skills
