  • Cloud Strategy & Legacy and Mainframe Architecture Expertise:

  • Deep experience working with Mainframe solutions including developing modernization/integration solutions

  • Ability to champion a modernization methodology that is unique for each client’s cloud journey and working with a dynamic team to solution and solve for the client’s business challenge

  • Expert enterprise architect who can create the future solution and interim solutions while being the technical trusted advisor to the client

  • Aware of various tools, techniques, and hands-on knowledge on some of the tools and cloud development techniques

  • Leadership & Communication:

  • Capability to understand the clients needs and advocate for what is right for the client for their particular cloud journey

  • Quickly build trusted relationships with clients, facilitate workshops with c-suite, mentor additional team members, and define a successful roadmap for each clients unique platform modernization

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment

  • High degree of comfort to present to both large and small audiences

  • Delivery Management:

  • Hands on experience in technology and software engineering practices with ability to supervise and suggest competitive technical decisions and assure a winning mix of delivery practices applied on the project. Business savvy and able to oversee delivery from financial, sourcing, development and business point of view

  • A proven track record of managing delivery of organization, or engagements of a less size, but high business impact. Skilled in forming vision, coherent approach to delivery among the organization. Proven track record in creating, representing and landing best delivery concepts and pushing through organization from idea to inception
