What You’ll Do
Security Practice / Client Leadership:
Lead EPAM Security Consulting function in USA or USA regions
Build and deploy team of senior customer facing, Security Strategy and Transformation consultants, engaging C-Suite customers to expand EPAM Security business and promote EPAM Security brand in the region
Consult C-Suite stakeholders on security solutions and enterprise security programs and manage the relationship
Drive Security Consulting growth, go-to-market strategy and service offerings in USA
Be public face of EPAM Security Consulting in the region. Including thought leadership, participation in relevant industry bodies and industry events
Serve as an expert consultant leading Security programs and producing relevant deliverables
Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects clients’ business and initiatives
Consult VP and C-level stakeholders on security solutions and enterprise security programs and manage the relationship
Lead and challenge team members and customers to create great strategies and solutions
Map customer vision & requirements to specific security products and security solutions
Act as a change agent and work to remove business, technical and political roadblocks
Mentor and coach clients and team members to enhance their ability to deliver on the agreed Security strategy
Ensure the strategy is actionable and well documented for a clean handover to implementation
Align with EPAM Account Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop / support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
Understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business
Security Solution Delivery:
Define or drive maturity of Information Security Management Systems and Security Roadmaps for large enterprises
Scope and price engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization, and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
Define Security Programs for overall Information Security Systems and following domains
Cloud Security, Application Security, Identity & Access Management (and related), Threat & Vulnerability Management, MDM/MAM, Data protection, Security Operations Center, Security Testing, Etc
You will conduct Security assessments for enterprises, for cloud/hybrid workloads
You will orchestrate discovery process together with Security Architects
Lead practice development, creating and orchestrating transformation and product solutions, teams, strategic roadmaps, and continuous improvement/optimization programs
Relationship Management:
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio
Develop effective relationships with key internal executives, BU heads, Account Managers, Solution SME’s, Sales and Delivery Leaders
Drive Growth:
Own PnL of Security Consultancy in USA, ensure productive deployment of consulting team
Drive Security revenue within the client / account portfolio by identifying opportunities and influence / sell-in EPAM services
Work with Sales and Account Management team proactively to develop Security Practice aligned account development plans
Align with EPAM BU’s goals and objectives, support company financial goals by achieving Security revenue targets
Support sales / pre-sales activities by assessing Security opportunities, responding to RFP’s, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close / sign new deals
Feed the beast – leverage consulting initiatives and projects to develop significant pipeline of software development and IT services business for AWS, Azure and GCP practices
Your performance scorecard will include:

Requirements
More than 8-10 years of demonstrated success in developing and growing client relationships and leading teams delivering security solutions
Has extensive abilities for dealing with security programs and transformation in multi-cloud systems, hybrid infrastructures, containers, microservices, modern stacks
Good understanding of industry standards (NIST SP 800-53/ISO 27001/PCI DSS; HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR, etc.) from compliance and technical perspective
Experience successfully implementing any Information Security systems and Enterprise Security programs in some of the following domains: Cloud security, Application Security, Identity & Access Management (and related), Threat & Vulnerability Management, MDM/MAM, Data protection, Security Operations Center, Security Testing
Experience successfully delivering security service-oriented projects
Experience with security assessments
Desire to learn & expand your comfort zone whenever a new technological trend in Securty space arises
Strong problem solver and creative thinker with gravitas
Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your team
Ability to manage an all-star team of senior consultants, balancing operational independence with the need to align to EPAM corporate Security Practice strategy and support company goals
Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb oral and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

This position operates in a remote capacity, but you must live within driving distance to an EPAM office. Your recruiter will discuss specific details about work location during the initial interview process
